FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pineapple, crushed & drained
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 drops red food coloring, to make pink
2 med. bananas, finely diced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1/4 c. pecans

Mix in order of ingredients. Freeze in a 2 quart dish. Set out 10 minutes before serving. Thaw edge to ease cutting.
