1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
Soda crackers
12 oz. chocolate chips

Line 9 x 13 inch pan with aluminum foil. Line pan with soda crackers. In saucepan cook butter and sugar for approximately 3-5 minutes. Pour this over the crackers. Bake at 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 1 minute before sprinkling with chocolate chips. After chips melt, spread as frosting. Chill for 1 hour and break into pieces.
