VEGETABLE BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lg. potatoes (sliced)
1 lg. onion (sliced)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. rice
1 lb. ground meat
1 can kidney beans
1 can tomato soup

Arrange raw ingredients in large casserole. Add salt and pepper to taste. Rinse the cans of beans and soup with water and use the juice over the casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
