HELEN'S DUMPLINGS 
3 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
3 c. flour
1 egg
2 heaping tbsp. farina
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls. Cook in salt water for 20 minutes after they come to a boil. Drain. Serve with sauerkraut and pork or just top with some melted butter. Makes 18 to 20.
