NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
Water

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Break egg into a 1-cup measure; beat a little. Add enough water to make 1 cup. Mix into first mixture. Rest 1/2 hour before using. May be cut into 5 sections, wrapped in wax paper, put in plastic bag and stored in refrigerator up to 1 month. Let warm a little when taken out of refrigerator.
