NASI GOENG 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, diced
1 apple, pared, diced
1-2 tbsp. curry powder
1 tomato, diced
Cooked rice
Topping:
Apples
Peanuts
Coconut
Raisins
Sunflower nuts
Oranges
Mandarin orange

Brown beef in oil. Add onion, green pepper, tomato and apple. Saute until meat is no longer pink. Vegetables should still be identifiable but tender. Stir in curry powder. Serve over hot cooked rice. Add toppings to taste.
