YUMMY CHEESE BALL 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, room temp.
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 tsp. garlic powder - not salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder - not salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients well. Chill for at least 2 hours. Shape into a ball to 2 logs on waxed paper. This can be rolled in chopped pecans or chili powder. If you roll in pecans omit them in the cheese. Wrap securely in saran wrap until ready to serve. Keeps well in refrigerator.
