DONUTS 
2 2/3 c. sugar
8 egg yolks
5 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. buttermilk
9 c. flour (If Robin Hood 7 1/2-8 1/2 c.)
6 tbsp. oil
Vanilla
A pinch of salt

Cream sugar and oil and egg yolks. Add soda to buttermilk and dissolve. Deep fry in lard or oil at 375 degrees. If you're using a doughnut maker use less flour.
