BEEF RIBS 
4 lbs. beef ribs
1/4 c. onion, diced
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika

Bake ribs, meaty side up at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. Heat oil, cook onions until translucent, add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Pour over ribs. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees covered loosely with foil.
