NATALIE'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 cup brown sugar, packed 1 whole AA egg plus 2 yolks 1 tbsp. vanilla 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine butter and sugars in a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated. Combine in large bowl: flour, salt, and baking soda. Whisk together. Slowly add flour mixture to the wet mixture. Add chocolate chips and fold in with spatula. Drop spoonful's onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 9 minutes for a crisp edge and gooey center. Makes about 45 cookies. Submitted by: Natalie Hammer |
