BLUEBERRY SOUP 
1/2 c. frozen unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. fresh lemon juicer
3 c. fresh or frozen thawed unsweetened blueberries
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine pineapple juice, water and lemon juice in blender. Add 2 cups blueberries. Whirl until smooth. Combine juice mixture with remaining blueberries and vanilla. Serve cold.
