STRAWBERRY JELLO MOLD | |
2 lg. boxes strawberry Jello 2 c. hot water 1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice 3 bananas, mashed 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries (put in frozen) 2 c. cold water 8 oz. container sour cream Mix Jello in hot water until completely dissolved. Add pineapple with juice and frozen strawberries and bananas and your cold water. Mix well and set until slushy (not thick). Pour 2 cups soft Jello in serving bowl. Spoon half sour cream on top. Add more Jello. Add remainder sour cream. End with Jello on top. Garnish with nuts. Refrigerate. |
