QUICK BREAD RECIPE 
9 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Mix together in large Tupperware bowl. Make a well in the center. Scald 1 1/2 cups milk, cool slightly. Add to milk:

1 1/2 c. cool water
4 beaten eggs
2 pkgs. dry yeast

Pour liquid mixture into flour well. Seal bowl and let set 1/2 to 1 hour. Add 1 cup melted butter. Mix and knead. You may need to use more flour if dough is sticky. Knead until soft and elastic. Oil Tupperware bowl, place dough inside, seal bowl and let rise until lid pops off. Do this 2 or 3 times. This dough makes fantastic sweet rolls, dinner rolls, loaves of bread or the best ever hamburger buns.
