QUICK SWEDISH RYE BREAD 
1 pkg. Pillsbury hot roll mix
2 eggs
3/4 c. rye flour
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. molasses
1 or 2 tsp. caraway seed

Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions, using 2 eggs. Stir in rye flour, brown sugar, molasses and caraway seed. Let rise according to package directions. Turn out on floured surface, tossing lightly to cover dough with flour. Divide dough in 2 parts; shape into 2 loaves. Place in 2 greased 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" baking dishes. Let rise according to package directions. Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
