PINA COLADA CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Super Moist Betty Crocker)
Oil as directed on cake mix
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. shredded coconut
2 tsp. rum flavoring
Whipping cream

Make cake as directed, but substitute pineapple and juice for water, adding coconut and rum flavoring as well. Bake according to cake mix directions. Cool and frost with whipped cream. Serves: 12.
