BANANA BREAD 
3/4 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3 inch or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches.

Mix bananas, oil, and eggs in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake 60-70 minutes at 325 degrees. Toothpick into center of loaf should come out clean when loaf is done. Cool 10 minutes in pan and turn onto towel. Cool before slicing.
