LEMON SNICKERDOODLES 
3 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon honey
2 eggs
Sugar

Stir together flour, cream of tartar and salt. Set aside. In large bowl, cream butter, sugar and lemon honey. Beat in eggs. Mix in flour mixture. Roll into 1-inch size balls, dip in sugar. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Makes about 5 1/2 dozen. Cookies will be soft.
