CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. celery
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chicken
1/2 c. green onions
3 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. grated cheese
Toasted almonds
Crushed potato chips

Mix all but cheese, almonds and potato chips. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Layer cheese, potato chips and almonds. Cook at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
