MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1/2 of a 14 oz. can English peas
1 (15 oz.) can cut green beans
1/2 c. pimentos
4 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped

MARINADE:

1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

Mix all of the vegetables together. Pour marinade over the vegetable mixture and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Drain before serving. Serves 4-6.
