1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. flour
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 qt. strawberries
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. strawberry flavored gelatin
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix butter, flour and confectioners' sugar well and press in pizza pan or two pie plates. Bake in 400 degree oven 13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Spread on cooled crust.

Combine sugar, water and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook until thickened. Add gelatin and blend. Let cool. Stir in strawberries and spread on cream cheese layer. Spread with whipped topping and chill.
