CHERRY CHEESE PIE-CAKE 
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust

Roll out and crush graham crackers, melt butter, sprinkle sugar (small amount). Mix and press into pan with sides on it.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can condensed (sweetened) milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling (can omit if want plain)

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of pie filling (chilled) before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
