PECAN BREAKFAST ROLL 
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, divided
1 pkg. Rich's frozen yeast roll dough
1/2 pkg. (3 oz. size) butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans in the bottom of a greased Bundt pan. Arrange frozen rolls over pecans. Sprinkle with 1/2 package dry pudding mix. Combine melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Blend well and pour over rolls. Top with remaining 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

Cover with cloth and set in a warm place overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then turn out onto serving dish.
