WATER CHESTNUT BITES 
2 cans water chestnuts (cut in half if to large)
Soy sauce
Bacon

Soak water chestnuts in soy sauce for a minimum of 45 minutes. Wrap with bacon using flat toothpicks to hold. Brown in oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Put in crock pot if not eating immediately, putting paper toweling on the bottom to soak up grease.
