1 box devils food cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling
2 eggs
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 c. sugar
5 tsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
6 oz. chocolate chips

Combine cake mix, eggs and pie filling. Mix well by hand. Add the almond flavoring and mix again. Pour into 9"x13" pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. In a small saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Add butter, chips and sugar. Stir until creamy. Spread over brownies. Cool and cut into squares.
