1 can dark sweet cherries in syrup 1 tbsp. cornstarch 3 tbsp. Kirsch (optional) 6 prepared fudge brownies 1 1/2 pts. vanilla ice cream Drain cherries, saving juice in a small saucepan. Stir cornstarch into juice and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat; add Kirsch and cherries. Simmer 1 minute more. Cut brownie into 6 pieces. Place 1 brownie on each plate; top with a scoop of ice cream. Drizzle cherry sauce over ice cream; serve immediately. |
