PEACH CREAM PIE | |
3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. sour cream 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. canned sliced peaches, undrained Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Combine sour cream, egg, and vanilla and add to the sugar flour mixture. Mix thoroughly and add the peaches. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with the topping mixture. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. TOPPING: 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. cinnamon |
