SAUCE MIX - LOW FAT 
2 c. instant nonfat milk crystals
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. instant salt free chicken bouillon crystals
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
May add 1/2 tsp. pepper &/or 1 tsp. basil or thyme

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in airtight container. Use in place of condensed creams, soups in casseroles, or for creaming meats or vegetables in proportion of 1/3 cup dry mix to 1 1/4 cups water equals 1 can cream soup. Add mushrooms, celery, etc. to make specific soups. Especially good for lowfat low cholesterol diets, very versatile!
