HASH IN A FLASH 
2 cans (15 oz. each) corn beef hash
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced green pepper
4 c. parboiled potatoes, cubed
1 c. beef bouillon
3/4 tsp. thyme
Grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Saute onions and peppers in butter in skillet add thyme. In large bowl mix hash, onions, peppers, potatoes and beef bouillon. Cook in 2 loaf pans or Dutch oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. During last 15 minutes top with grated cheese to your desire. Serves 6.
