BANANA CREAM DESSERT 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 sliced bananas
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Combine crumbs, butter and sugar in 9x13 inch pan. Press in bottom. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 4 oz. Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Toss banana slices with pineapple juice; spread on cheese layer; spread pineapple over bananas; mix pudding with milk until smooth; spread over fruit. Frost with remaining 4 oz. Cool Whip.
