MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges with juice

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Mix all cake ingredients together by hand. Mix until well blended. Batter will look lumpy. Grease and flour cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cake cool before frosting.

Mix all ingredients for frosting by hand. Put on cool cake. Refrigerate until served.
