PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. + 2 tbsp. shortening
1/4 tsp. olive (corn) oil
Pinch of baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water

Place flour, powder, salt, sugar and shortening in mixing bowl and mix well. Add vinegar, olive oil and cold water and mix well with a fork. Roll out onto floured surface. Makes 2 (9 inch) crusts.
