TOOGIE'S SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. yellow self-rising corn meal
1 (8 oz.) can cream corn
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients. Put into appropriate size pan sprayed with Pam. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into desired size pieces. Serves 8-10.
