MEXICAN GRITS 
1 c. grits, cooked to package directions
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 sm. jar pimientos
1 stick butter
4 c. grated American cheese
4 eggs, beat well

Add grits while still hot to beaten eggs. Add all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Do not brown or overcook. It will set as it cools.
