EGG ROLLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm.onion
1 garlic clove
1 can drained bean sprouts
4 carrots, shredded
Approximately 30 egg roll wrappers

Brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain off all fat and add bean sprouts and carrots. Place a heaping tablespoon of beef mixture in 1 egg roll wrapper and roll up. Deep fry into golden brown. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce. Egg rolls can be frozen before cooked as long as they do not touch.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Mix 3 tablespoon catsup and 1 tablespoon cornstarch and add to top 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce to slow boil for 30 minutes.
