WILD CARD CHILI | |
1 lb. chopped beef 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 (16 oz.) can red beans 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 c. water 1 tsp. chopped hot red peppers 1/2 tsp. each salt and garlic salt 1/8 tsp. each pepper and cayenne 3 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. molasses Brown beef with onions in a Dutch oven. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings. |
