CHINESE-STYLE VEGETABLES 
1 tbsp. water
3 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. thin diagonal slices of celery
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 med. green pepper (diagonal sliced)
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic

In medium skillet, mix water and vegetables. Cover; steam 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring several times. Stir in salt, pepper, and soy sauce. 4 servings.
