STRAWBERRY CREAM PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of nutmeg
1 c. strawberry slices
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 (9-inch) Ready graham cracker pie crust

Combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg mixing until well blended. Mash 3/4 cup strawberry slices; stir into cream cheese mixture. Whip cream with confectioners' sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold remaining strawberries into cream cheese mixture; spoon into crust. Chill several hours. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired.

Serves 8.
