TORTILLA SOUP 
1 lb. onions, chopped
1/2 lb. celery, sliced
1 lb. zucchini, quartered and sliced
2 c. corn
1 lb. diced tomatoes
2 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. comino
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
1/2 oz. cilantro
2 c. diced chicken, cooked (reserve cooking liquid)
5 qts. water including cooking liquid

Mix all together in large pot and simmer about 45 minutes to an hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
