VEGETABLE/SPINACH DIP | |
1 envelope vegetable soup mix 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed 1 sm. can water chestnuts 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream 4-6 scallions, chopped 1 c. mayonnaise Squeeze all liquid from spinach. Put in large bowl. Add sour cream, vegetable soup mix, chopped water chestnuts, scallions, and mayonnaise. Mix and chill. Serve in hollowed hard rye bread. |
