CINNAMON-PEANUT COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, salt and cinnamon. Put remaining ingredients into a large bowl. Beat with mixer until well blended. Gradually add flour mixture, beating just until blended. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls 1 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes just until lightly browned. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
