SOUR CREAM SUGAR COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda in flour
4 1/4 c. flour

Mix all together. Refrigerate overnight. Make in balls and put on cookie sheet. Take a glass and dip bottom in sugar. Press on cookie ball to flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. This is a large batch of cookies. If you wish you can roll this dough out and use cookie cutters and sprinkle with sugar.
