CHICKEN CARUSO 
1 1/2 lbs. chicken cutlets
3 tsp. butter
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Krazy salt
1 (15 oz.) jar Italian baking sauce
2 c. sliced celery
1 lb. box pasta

Season chicken with Krazy salt and pepper. Saute in butter 2 minutes. Stir in baking sauce. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add celery and cook until celery is tender. Serve over pasta or rice.
