SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pork sausage
2 or 3 large diced salted potatoes
1/3 onion
1 small bag frozen corn, salted
1 large can tomato sauce

Brown sausage; drain. In 9 x 13 casserole dish, layer potatoes. Slice onion on top of potatoes. Add corn. Layer the browned sausage on top. Pour tomato sauce over the sausage. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
