CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDE BROWNIES 
2/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. hot water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Chocolate chips

Melt butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat. Add dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Mix well. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes.
