POLLO CON REPOLLO 
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 sm. cabbage or 1 lg.
1 sm. onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 red bell pepper, minced
3 stalks celery, minced
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 chicken fryer, deboned before cooking and cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 c. water

Put all ingredients into Dutch oven (except for the cabbage) and cook over medium heat for about 20-30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Cut up cabbage into small pieces (about 1-inch square). Add to chicken and mix well. Cook additional 15 minutes over medium heat, then add 2 teaspoons flour to liquid to thicken.
