BRUNSWICK STEW 
25 lb. deer or ground beef
12 lb. chicken or turkey
15 lb. onions
6 (32 oz.) bottles catsup
6 1/2 tbsp. red pepper
1 small bottle Worcestershire sauce
brown sugar (enough to take edge off tomatoes)
1/2 to 1 c. small amount vinegar
13 lb. pork
18 qt. tomatoes
20 pt. corn
6 1/2 tbsp. black pepper
8 tbsp. salt
meat tenderizer

Grind all meat and vegetables. Cook slowly until onion is clear, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Can or freeze.
