CHICKEN SWISSE 
3 whole chicken breasts, halves (boned is best)
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. white wine (Rhine)
Garlic & onion croutons
1/2 c. melted butter

Place chicken in casserole. Top with slice of Swiss cheese. Combine and pour over chicken, soup and wine. Crush enough croutons to cover top. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
