BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1/2 c. chopped celery or zucchini (you may use both)
1 chopped green onion
1 (6 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. sliced mushrooms, fresh
1/2 tsp. salad seasoning (see note)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lowfat yogurt

Thaw and drain broccoli; mix with other vegetables and salad dressing. Mix mayonnaise and lowfat yogurt. Add to vegetables. Chill 3 hours or overnight.

Note: I use Lawry's salad sprinkle. Also increased the chopped celery and zucchini to 1 cup.
