CANDIED NUTS 
1 3/4 c. walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Simmer brown sugar, white sugar and sour cream until it reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts. Blend until nuts are lightly coated. Pour onto waxed paper and separate and let cool.
