STUFFED PEPPER CUPS 
6 med. green peppers, cut tops off
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. oil
2 c. stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. pre-cooked rice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1 c. shredded American cheese for top

Pour boiling water over green peppers and let set for 5 minutes. Drain. Fill peppers with mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
